About this class
These teen socials are not part of our regular offerings and happen about 5-10 times a year, depending on trainer availability.
For the safety of everyone, dogs must:
*play well with other dogs
*no resource guarding of food, toys or people
*no reactivity towards people or dogs
Our teen dogs are going through changes and their behavior is transitioning from puppy to adult. Because of that the teen playgroup is run a little differently from a puppy one. Introductions are done slowly, safely and one at a time. We take lots of breaks from play, sometimes even breaks to teach the humans some new training skills while the dogs calm down. And perhaps most importantly, your dog sets the pace for how they want to engage in the group. That might look like quietly watching, being the life of the party or something in between.
Proof of 2 DHPP vaccines and Rabies is required.
Due to the limited amount of spots offered for this social, no refunds can be made once you have secured a spot.
Your spot will not be held unless payment has been made
There are no make ups for missed classes.
Class will be cancelled if there are not at least 3 registrations
